About my works
An integral part of my work is audience participation: members of the public leave their mark while the art is being created, or the work serves as a functional part of the environment, for example as a resting seat for walkers. My works communicate with the social and cultural environment as well as with space and nature.

Produsing the Environmental Art Exhibitions
Since 1995 I have worked in environmental art groups and been involved with staging public exhibitions.
In 1995 I was a founder member of an environmental art group called Nomad, whose chairperson I was until 1998. Since 1999 I have been a member of the Mätäjoki Environmental Art Group.
2005 was SKUTSI / Forest Environmental Art project, and 2007 I was curator of PARK -exhibition (Helsinki).

Digital graphics
Since 2001 I have worked also with computer.
My Digital graphics and digital paintings
are based on digitally manipulated photographs.

Ympäristötaiteestani:
Teoksissani oleellista on yleisön osallistuminen niihin: jättäen rakennusvaiheessa oman kädenjälkensä tai teoksen osallisuus lähiympäristön ihmisten toiminnassa  esim. toimiminen lepotuolina ulkoilijoilla. Tilan ja luonnon lisäksi teokseni ovat suhteessa sosiaaliseen ja kulttuurilliseen ympäristöön. 

Ympäristötaidenäyttelyiden tuottaminen
Olen vuodesta -95 työskennellyt ympäristötaideryhmissä, jotka tuottavat myös näyttelyitä.
-95 olin perustamassa Helsingissä Nomad-ryhmää, jonka vetäjä toimin vuoteen -98. 
-99 - 2002 olivat vuorossa Mätäjoki ympäristötaidenäyttelyryhmien toiminta,
ja 2005 SKUTSI -ympäristötaidenäyttelyn tuottaminen Helsingin Keskuspuistoon.
- 2007 PUISTO -näyttelyn kuratoiminen ja tuottaminen Helsingissä Ala-Malmin puistoon.

Digitaalinen grafiikka
Vuodesta 2001 olen työskennellyt myös tietokoneella valokuvapohjaisesti.
