Tokyo, Japan 9/6/46.
Mixed media and installation artist and musician. Materials are
largely recycled and work generally focuses on environmental issues,
especially the nuclear power station disaster at Chernobyl. Emphasis
is also placed on making work that's easy to understand. The most
important thing that can be passed onto the next generation is a
safe and secure society. We live on a unique planet that needs to
be respected and maintained.

Established arts co-op Tienda Primera in Barcelona with English
mixed media artist Tim Can and Catalan painter Albert Tarrago Royo.
Frontage of the building reconstructed and a new upper floor built,
all from materials found on the streets. Co-op used as studio and
also for exhibitions and various performance based events.

Experimental sound collage and performance with mixed media artists
Tim Can and Oriol Sanchez. Playing at various venues in Barcelona
and Madrid.

Joint
commission with Tim Can to build artwork using relics taken from
privately owned (by journalist Placid Garcia-Planas) and semi ruined
mansion in Sabadell. Artwork then installed into the newly restored
building.
Another
commission on similar lines for the owner of an 11th century castle,
north of Barcelona.

Zdan.
